Late Arrivals
Running more than 10 minutes late? Please text us. You may be asked to wait or reschedule so every client gets their full, unhurried time.
Cancellations
We have a 12-hour cancellation policy — last-minute changes are noted on your client file.
No-Shows
No call, no show — or 15+ minutes late — is charged 100% of the service total. Arrivals too late to complete the service are charged 50%.
